  You'll likely want to use a pen stabilizer program such as Lazy Nezumi or something like it. Getting straight, clean lines on a tablet, especially one without a screen, can be pretty tough. Some programs have stabilizer options built in, but it looks like this was drawn in something like MSPaint. You've got a nice style going here, now you'd really benefit from expanding your toolset.   Are you on windows or Mac? If it's just simple horizontal and vertical probably best to see if there is an in app shortcut available. Like photoshop wil make any line go straight horizontal vertical or diagonal when you hold shift. But for both Mac and windows there are ruler apps you can use. Although they can be complicated and have weird bugs. For Mac there is hejstylus and for windows I think it's lazynazumi. Source: almost 3 years ago
