I occasionally need NDA's and employment contracts but know nothing about them, so I like just answer the questionnaire on the site and having it spit out the document I need :) I'd highly recommend accepting the need to cancel it or paying for a month considering the headache it saves. Either way, in order for the company that you're pursuing to accept it you're probably going to have to get it notarized as well.
