For organizing my workday and task planning, I use Kanbanflow. I plan all my days ahead and split the tasks into 25-minutes pomodori (Pomodoro Technique) chunks. I am a huge fan of keeping lists. I use the free version of kanbanflow.com to keep track of all of the adulting things I need to do. Being able to create a bunch of boards, move tasks around, color code them, and then finally move them to done is helpful for me.
