If you don't mind a slight latency when playing, you can use Parsec, NoMachine or Jump Desktop. Connect to your PC via Ethernet or Thunderbolt to get the lowest possible latency. Source: 11 months ago
I'm gonna agree with /u/BobZelin here. Jump is the solution to this problem, and at a one time expense of $35 to connect to as many computers as you can install the Connect endpoint app on, it does the job, IF you have enough upstream bandwidth. Generally it's recommended to have 10-20Mbps per display. You can test this with the 14 day free trial from the website (just scroll down, it's in the "Downloads" drop-down). Source: over 1 year ago
I use Jump Desktop. There’s a one off fee for the Mac app and then it’s free. $35 from https://jumpdesktop.com or App Store. Works on Windows as well. Source: over 1 year ago
I used JumpDesktop on my Mac and have quite a few RDP and VNCs connected and I'd like to use the same to connect to RSB. Source: over 1 year ago
Hands down get Jump Desktop (https://jumpdesktop.com) - you can use it for RDP or their own Fluid desktop protocol which works great! Source: over 1 year ago

Jump Desktop Connect on the M1 and Jump Desktop on your iPad (paid app), will do the trick. I use it with multiple MM M1 and works perfectly. Source: about 2 years ago
Jump Desktop - great and fast connection protocol called Fluid, really the best one I've used. Windows clients are lacking some features, more focused on the Mac client (which I prefer and is rare). Source: over 2 years ago
At the suggestion of another Redditor, I just started using Jump https://jumpdesktop.com/ and so far, it works great. Maybe having a few million fewer users is putting less strain on their servers. Source: over 2 years ago
I switched to https://jumpdesktop.com/. Source: over 2 years ago
I use JumpDesktop for supporting family computers. My memory says the Mac, iOS, and Android viewer apps cost some money, but no monthly subscription. And not a constant security issue like TeamViewer. Source: over 2 years ago
I have heard a lot of people recommend Jump Desktop for this setup. I do not know if it will work as-is outside of your network, but you could setup a VPN on your iPad, to automatically connect to your home network when you leave your house. I do already have the VPN setup & regularly SSH into my home devices while away, so I don't see why this wouldn't work for Jump Desktop as well (assuming you do need to be on... You can use jump desktop for free. https://jumpdesktop.com/ there is a paid team tier, but if it's just you (or you share a login) then the free tier is fine. Source: over 2 years ago
I use Jump Desktop (https://jumpdesktop.com). I’m happy with it but only use it occasionally. Also, I’ve used it exclusively from iOS > Mac but it has an Android client app. Source: over 2 years ago
I’ve been experimenting with https://jumpdesktop.com and like it so far. Source: almost 3 years ago
I work on Jump Desktop (https://jumpdesktop.com) that's being used for remote video editing @ 60fps on up to 3 monitors. It supports very low latency remote desktop and even works in environments that have high latency. For example here's Jump connect from the East coast to a physical server in Paris with 150ms ping times: https://twitter.com/jumpdesktop/status/1356679263806763013?s=20 It works on Macs and Windows. - Source: Hacker News / about 3 years ago
