Ipostal1- I know this is a popular one. Digital mailbox service that lets you choose a mailing address for business or personal use. My only gripe is that you need to fill out a notarization form for each address you use. Source: about 1 year ago
Use a virtual mailing address. It's essentially a PO Box but some also have a physical location to receive mail. I use ipostal1.com for $9/month. Source: about 1 year ago
Reason behind this is I'm trying to start a small business with a partner who's in another state and I won't be living at my current address soon (I'll be traveling around a lot too), so I need a way to manage my mail remotely. I've been checking out a bunch of different options and I'm finding it a little overwhelming. I've come across the more popular ones like ipostal1, Docupost and Travelling Mailbox, but I... And by direct mail I mean physical mail. I own a business where most of our Facebook conversions come from senior citizens, and I believe I could make a strong sales case using a direct mail postcard. Has anyone attempted this approach before? If so, how did it work out? Did you use any software to compile a mailing address list depending on your target market? I was thinking of services like ipostal1 and Docupost... Source: over 1 year ago

For what it may be worth, we go to many different countries frequently. Packages are not what we do. I want an app or service that can scan my mail, make it accessible online, and occasionally send me the mail I require. I was thinking of services like Docupost or iPostal1 but I’m not sure. We are selling our house and moving into a rental in the same city. What virtual mailbox can keep our address confidential? I'm considering either/both 1Postal1 or Traveling Mailbox. Source: over 1 year ago
I use ipostal You get a physical address, they scan in any mail that comes to you and send you an image of it. You can tell them to shred it, or send it to your home address - or pick it up in person. Cheaper than a regular PO box. Source: over 1 year ago
I've been happily using ipostal1.com for years. They are affiliated with local mail box shops all over the country, but they all use the same software and app. Some shops are better than others, of course, and mine isn't local, but rather near where I used to live. It looks like there are seven shops in Seattle, and you can probably check reviews of the individual locations. Source: over 1 year ago
