Which is a legit website and a company. For whatever reason their product is named Freshsales CRM System but their website is named Freshworks.com. Someone took advantage of that and so the email looks kind of legit (except of course, obviously the links) because the name and the site match. They just redirect you to the real site.

Freshping monitors websites for free!
I found this simple website monitoring tool called Freshping. It’s got paid plans, but I realised that it offers a lot of features as part of the free plan itself. The reviews on G2 seem to be pretty good too. https://www.g2.com/products/freshping/reviews.
