I highly recommend Endel app to anyone who wants to enhance their productivity and mental health. It's a great tool for developers, CTOs, and anyone who works in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Visit their website for more information. - Source: dev.to / 3 months ago
I found that https://endel.io/ worked better for me than brain.fm. YMMV of course, but it's worth a try if brain.fm isn't your jam. - Source: Hacker News / 5 months ago
Hi MacOS community, is anyone aware of science-based soundscapes apps such as Endel? Preferably with a one-time purchase? Thank in advance. Source: 12 months ago
Endel https://endel.io/ is also a good alternative for generative music. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
I like to listen to soundscapes by Endel They have a bunch of free 45 minute long tracks on YouTube. 1 : https://endel.io/. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
You need to try pink noise. Or the Endel app. Source: over 1 year ago
I use this app called Endel. It’s backed by science and is proven to increase focus and help you fall asleep faster. There’s also other modes that you can put it on. Sometimes I will just play it in the background of whatever I’m doing and I will feel like I only have 1 train of thought instead of like 7. Source: over 1 year ago
I've been promoting Endel since I found it. Boy has this changed things for me. Source: almost 2 years ago
But! Before that, it kicks off a Focus, and starts playing a "deep work" session from Endel. Source: almost 2 years ago
I also just found Endel (https://endel.io/), which also claims to do something sciency. I've listened to the "Focus" soundscape and found it to work as great as brain.fm and is a nice change of pace. Source: almost 2 years ago
Atenolol is perfect for the high heart rate, and for anxiety try Endel app (backed by neuroscience) https://endel.io/ . Source: about 2 years ago
Some of the comments here are really nice. I want to add the Endel app with it's soundscapes has helped me concentrating too: https://endel.io/. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
I like the app EndelEndel, but unfortunately it’s a paid subscription. It actually does block out almost all noise, at least on my noise-cancelling headphones, but without being so interesting that it’s distracting. Source: over 2 years ago
Https://endel.io Highly recommend. Source: over 2 years ago
In situation #2, noise cancelling headphones with white noise (there are many apps for this, and Spotify also has a white noise playlist. I just turn on one white noise track on repeat) has been my go-to solution. I also sometimes use Endel with a pomodoro timer when I'm trying to focus and get work done. Source: over 2 years ago
Endel has a promotion going on and they are offering 10% off on any of Nura adaptive headphones. Code is listed on https://endel.io/. Source: almost 3 years ago
This is kinda a weird/niche question but I would greatly appreciate it if I could get some help on it. Basically, I am trying to make my own sleep timer app similar to that of Endel (https://fb.watch/6aVZB4KqL3/ and https://endel.io/ for reference). I happened to chance upon a site that showed how to make similar style animations via HTML and CSS (It might've been via javascript). This site was a one-page site not... Source: almost 3 years ago
Endel is a Mac and iOS app that generates soundscapes to help you relax, sleep, work, etc. Beautiful art style, too. Just stumbled on this notice in the app, and I don't think they've announced it yet. Source: about 3 years ago
