I bought the card on the 14th from AMD.com and all the billing references digitalriver.com. So I contacted them but they referred me back to a AMD.com page that now has a message that the page is under going maintenance until the 5th of this month. Source: over 1 year ago

That looks like it is an issue with the digitalriver.com api. They honestly should use a better provider. Source: almost 3 years ago
