  I’ve previously tried Harvest and found that it was just quite heavily geared towards teams (whereas I’m just one person). I’ve also tried Cushion (cushionapp.com), which does seem great and do most of what I want, but doesn’t integrate with Xero (thought it says it does - the integration doesn’t work).   I've seen an app called cushionapp.com, which looks potentially like it could work for me, but it doesn't appear to integrate well with Xero, so probably not what I need. I've also seen stuff like Harvest and Harpoon, but in honesty I get a bit overwhelmed looking into this stuff, as there's SO much out there and so many features I probably don't need.
