If your dealer shut down, please reach out to Crestron True Blue Support, check their website crestron.com And let them know that you had a dealer install a system and you're having problems but that the dealer is shut down and they're put you in contact with a new dealer or might help diagnose the update issue (it could be a file issue on their end).
