  To add to this, zazzle.com (I'm sure there are others that will too) will print and trim to a custom size. Give yourself .5"/1cm more than you need. Frames have extra space on purpose.   Teemill (UK based) let's you set up a store on their platform and sell POD via that. They claim to be big on sustainability too which is always a goof point in my books.
