I use a program called Revo Uninstaller found here. There is a paid and free version, I use the free version and it works fine. When you select a program to uninstall through Revo, it will launch the program's uninstaller first, then it will find leftover files/registry data and give you the choice to delete them. It's great that someone is trying to preserve these operating systems. However the choice of limiting it to 1 user per OS at a time makes the museum/website unusable. I tried several times over the span of 20 minutes and couldn't get into a single VM.
