After Windows 7 End of Life I decided it was too risky to use Windows 7 on any machine connected to the internet. Same reason I don't use Windows-XP anymore. Source: over 1 year ago

Most users here use it as a general purpose operating system due to it being debloated but still completely functional. Microsoft has said that LTSC was not designed for that, and instead should be put on devices that have a specific purpose and don't require new features after installation, for example ATMs, medical devices and IoT devices.
