WatchThemLive HotjarI've used WatchThemLive on my own site and several clients' sites for my company. Personally I really like the replay feature that you can just sit there all day watching the user's behavior on your site and improve the UX on the site by analyzing them. The dashboard interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the heatmap feature is clear and accurate.

I don't like the service. It is very slow and very expensive. Not recommended it to others.
Don't work the heatmap and I did not like others.

If you have installed a heat map like hotjar.com then I will tell you that I used that for a month and found 5 or so dead ends where users were not getting to the cart or clicking on things that where not informative enough to lead to the next action. Source: about 1 year ago
