VRV was a US-exclusive streaming service owned/run by Crunchyroll, and therefore it was also acquired by Funimation as part of their recent acquisition. When VRV originally launched in 2017, both Crunchyroll and Funimation were available on it, but in 2018, Funimation pulled out of the service and HiDive took its place. If you're not in the US, it doesn't matter... If you are, it's https://vrv.co/. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
However, if you're in the United States where it's available, it's much better to subscribe to VRV instead. VRV gets you all of the features of Crunchyroll premium plus the bonus of HiDive's entire anime library, and it's only $2 more per month than Crunchyroll (while HiDive by itself normally costs $5 a month) so it's a fantastic deal. For example, I use gmail multiple times a day by typing in "gmail.com". On chrome, once I type in "gm" it knows that I want to go to gmail and autofills that. In firefox, it simply doesn't.
