VidCoder Planable.ioIn general, Planable is great and I feel that it saves me a ton of time. It's very simple to use, and as I have a staff to work with as my agency grows, I'll appreciate it even more.
My favorite aspect of Planable is how simple it is for my clients to approve posts, even though it's simple to set up and use. I must also add that I like how smoothly the phone app functions.

If you need a specific size, which is why I guess one of the few reasons you’d want a constant bitrate, use vidcoder, which is just a reskinned handbrake with a target size option. For compression, I’d encode with H.265 or AV1 depending on what hardware you need it for, assuming you do need it light. I would still pass through audio, unless you’re really in a pinch.
