The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site. Please don't ask me to raise this on canny.io, this is not a feature request. I just want to know you either already know about it, or you will take this info and create your own task to sort it out.
