Apart from the survey-building, I have been using Qualaroo because it offers tons of different channels to deploy your surveys, and you can collect feedback from your users no matter where they are. There are also plenty of integration options to make the most out of the survey data.
We wanted to collect feedback from the leaving customers, so we used surveys and triggers to show our pop-up as the visitors were about to leave the website. Through the branching logic, we were able to redirect some of the visitors to the right pages and stop them from leaving. The tool was handy, and I would recommend it.
Using Qualaroo, we have been able to quickly gauge the mood of our customers by deploying NPS surveys on our website. Users never mind filling out these NPS surveys regularly because they literally take just a click.
Based on our record, User Interviews seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 17 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
If you have a bit more budget, you can also recruit participants from online panels (like userinterviews.com or respondent.io). For an incentive, you can screen the right people to participate in your playtest. Keep in mind you will need to do some vetting and make sure you're not getting "professional" participants. I used userinterviews.com recently for a really specific type of targeted user and was impressed with their ability to get folks. It isn't cheap, and I don't know if it would work in other cases, but I would suggest checking it out. Source: about 1 year ago
