Check out University of the People (www. uopeople.edu). They offer free tuition. You only have to pay an application fee (which you can apply for to be waived) and proctor fees for exams. Https://uopeople.edu/ is the only accredited university that generally has no tuition. You don't say how old she is. There are many programs you can enroll her in BUT if she wants to work at her own pace you can look online for what your state/municipality expects a child to know in each year.
