The design service Kimp offers graphic and video design monthly packages, which allows businesses to get a dedicated design team for a fraction of the cost of working with freelancers and design agencies.

I generally use Unicons by Iconscout (https://iconscout.com/unicons). They have 4 different styles (line, monochrome, solid and thin line). The Line set has over a thousand icons and is completely free I believe, the others are partially free. Source: over 2 years ago
