Firefox has its own "Enhanced Tracking Protection", Which is eclipsed by pretty much any specialized content blocker (such as uBlock Origin). I don't know if this will help ease your mind, but Blokada 5 is a good system-wide adblocker app. I believe it's available with FOSS and you can download it on the Galaxy Store if you have a Samsung phone. There's a Tor Android app (might be for iPhone as well). DuckDuckGo has a browser. Firefox Focus is another good browser, can make DuckDuckGo the permanent search engine for it. (Make sure to turn off Send Diagnostics in the settings of whatever browser you use.) u/tweedlepillar has recommended Blokada in the past and speaks accurately but I found that to avoid paying a subscription I needed v5 and not v6. You can get v5 by going direct to Blokada's website instead of getting it from Playstore. I did that and it was perfectly fine.
