Consider that the 100 most common words in the English language make up approximately 50% of all words that have ever been written and you start to understand what I mean by repetition. For #3, this is just a matter of practice. I got good at this by regularly doing this sight: https://typing.io/ and choosing a different programming language (don't worry if your not a programmer -- the point of this is the frequency of symbols you will have to type while practicing)...
