  If you do the data handling online with e.g., GEE the data is already there, and you only need to select it. If you want to do it offline with a tool like SNAP you first have to download it. The last step also depends heavily on the tools you use. You can export each image separately and combine them to a Gif or a movie with tool like gifmaker - giphy or photoshop. Source: 10 months ago
