Leantime might be a bit more popular than Twake. We know about 18 links to it since March 2021 and only 16 links to Twake. Try https://twake.app/ - chat and projects (with kanban view) integrated. There's more but it seems these 2 were important to you. Source: about 1 year ago
You can self host https://twake.app/ - looks good at a first glance. Source: over 1 year ago
Thanks for sharing this. I was actually looking for this type of content as I am considering opening my own startup in the near future. I would suggest though the addition of Twake to the list. I stumpled upon it just yesterday. It is open source, GDPR compliant, has a free tier, can be self-hosted and has many useful features. Source: almost 2 years ago
And if you're actually looking for something to replace Microsoft Teams, there's Twake. Https://twake.app. Source: almost 2 years ago
I haven't tried this yet but it looks like a promising alternative for Nextcloud with a heavy focus on team and group share. It has calendars, task lists, a shared drive, and even a chat setup if you need it: https://twake.app/. Source: almost 2 years ago
Leantime (https://leantime.io). It connects strategy boards to execution and is focused on being really easy to use. Source: 11 months ago
I don't know if these are multi-tenant projects but you could certainly explore them: leantime.io and openproject.org. Source: 11 months ago
We're using Leantime (https://leantime.io) for this. It's really straight forward so I don't think they would need to fuss going into other areas to manage a task. Source: 11 months ago
Leantime (https://leantime.io) does everything you just mentioned and gives you a little more room to grow if you need it. The claim is to be for the “non-project manager” so good for non-technical teams or teams looking for something to get in and get out of. Source: about 1 year ago
Deck is very minimal and not really suited for anything beyond simple, personal stuff, in my opinion. As far as self-hosted, my favorite is still Kanboard, which has a lot of plugins and themes to choose from. Leantime is good too and a bit different. I also like Vikunja and Wekan.
