I would recommend go to tracker.gg and don't just stare at the stats thinking u are bad and bottom %. Instead see the SWOT (strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats) I am not just spouting bullshit out of mind. It really helps. As a developer myself I can comment to the difficulty of implementing the above. It really all depends on how they architected the game & setup their codebase. It's true that they would probably need to hire a small team of 4-6 iOS/mobile devs to support this companion app which comes with additional cost obviously, but with the player numbers they have on Steam it looks like it could be affordable.. Most likely it's on sale once every odd month, and discount percentages are only ever increasing over time. So really you can just buy it when you think you have time to play it soon.
