  • Looking For: inventory for music albums
If you don't need it to be a web app or a service, try out Tellico. I use it to track my physical books, comics, and video games. It can fetch metadata from a bunch of different sources and has a preset for music albums. Source: over 1 year ago

  • Book database
I've been using Tellico for a few years now. You can retrieve metadata from a number of sources, search for books based on ISBN and other factors, and even track lending. It's FOSS and actively maintained (latest release came out in February). It's a standalone desktop app, so no docker is necessary. Source: about 2 years ago

  • hi guys any way to connect a NAS with nvidia shield via ethernet cable? I want nvidia to detect the NAS as a storage unit
I have my Synology NAS on the network and use Kodi on the Shield. Both devices need to have static IP's and NFS setup. You can look into other methods for streaming across the network but NFS works great with a little configuration. https://sourceforge.net/projects/mediacompanion/ and MP3tag are your friends.
