However! A determined user can still do something like load the app on a phone in an Android or iOS simulator, then watch all outgoing API calls and basically reverse-engineer how things work. The payment was made using mollie.com which I'll never use again and just stick to plain old wire transfers instead. According to the registered (malicious) account that received the money, they used a Protonmail e-mail address. See for yourself:. Source: about 1 year ago
