I don't like the service. It is very slow and very expensive. Not recommended it to others.
Don't work the heatmap and I did not like others.
I found that Hotjar was not user-friendly. It's hard to navigate, I kept getting lost. They should do a better job with their customer service as well. I felt like they weren't responsive to my needs and it just wasn't worth the money for me to continue with them.

I can see that you have kept an input box that asks to write optician. It is not the most wonderful user experience in my opinion.
