So the solution you may not want to read but is by far the best current no cost option is FarmOS. If you’re not at all tech savvy you can pay for a hosted setup, otherwise it runs on just about any 10 year old cast off computer. Infinitely better than a word doc lol. Along the same lines, there is https://farmos.org/ It is a kind of like a CMS/ERP for agtech. I am using it for basic farm management purposes like inventorying equipment, chemicals, etc. It is built on Drupal which I personally do not like. Overall, the open source nature of the project allows anyone to contribute new modules.
