Do you have to use Windows? :s Sure it'll work but it's not because you can that you should... Anyway, I looked a bit at their docker-compose, it is a very complicated app, so Docker is definitely the way to go but maybe you should get the hang of it with the base nginx image, then build your own image just serving simple stuff, because it might seem a bit overwhelming to start with something as advanced as... For someone that's not a web developer, I found Kanboard to be the easiest to set up, and it has all the basic features you'd expect. For the Kanban experience, I was using Kanboard. It is perfect for Project management and it allows for relations between the cards as well. It is also solid in terms of stability.
