There's also hundreds of decent free legal plug-ins to download like at pluginboutique.com or there's plenty of youtube channels that review free plug-ins. It's a real deep rabbit hole. Learn the plug-ins that come with Reaper first. Don't blame the plug-ins if you don't sound good. KVRAudio is a good place to look for new plugins both commercial and free. If you're looking for higher end plugins, Plugin Boutique is also good. They also have pay to own plans for certain items so you don't have to pay full-price right away. Source: over 1 year ago
