Trust me I spent the entire night yesterday listenting to more than 300 background musics on storyblocks.com and also on youtube hoping to find this specific one but I did not. Which made me think that it's probably a song from a video game or something since mike love videogames. Source: about 1 year ago
Aside from sites others have already mentioned, have you checked out Storyblocks or Artgrid? Source: about 1 year ago
Music licensing is extremely complicated. Unless the song already exists as one that you can easily buy the rights to from a service such as storyblocks.com you have to negotiate for rights, which takes a long time. Services like that tend to only license music that can be called "elevator music" or music that goes well in the background, but isn't listened to on its own. Source: about 1 year ago
FYI: This is the documentary it was featured in (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcJlvN1ssco) starting around the 7:28 mark. I contacted the channel and they claimed they got it from storyblocks.com back in 2017 but I have searched through hundreds of songs on that site with no luck. Source: over 1 year ago

There are three images of which I made the composite, I get the stock images from pexels, unsplash, vector art from freepik.com. I masked the images and then matched the shadows and highlights, and then the color, tho am bad in matching colors, and giving the right highlights but im trying to get better. Hello, could you recommend a good "photobank"? Either one that is free such as "freepik.com", or if it is supposed to be a paid photobank so that it works without a monthly subscription! Simply, if I like the image, I will buy it and not pay the site every month. (preferably a website where I can use images also for commercial use and not just for personal use). I think Royal Navy is one of the forces with shit ton of great and prestigious history. Who tf thought it would be a good idea to make modern symbol that looks like cheap and taken from freepik.com? Same could be said about France symbol. Source: about 1 year ago
