Google recently turned down the Stadia service and refunded everyone for their games and hardware. Users were able to keep their hardware, but the controller was a brick until the Stadia team published updated firmware that enabled it to be used as a standard bluetooth controller. - Source: Reddit / about 2 months ago

I still have my M1 Max which I can vm to the pc. Perhaps parsec is an option? - Source: Reddit / about 4 hours ago
This concern crossed my mind recently. I went looking for a solution that would allow me to use my desktop (powerful pc) as a sort of development 'back-end' from a weaker pc (run the editor, dev tools, etc. On desktop, write code from laptop). Came across Parsec after seeing LTT use it for remote video editing. TLDW: like teamviewer but 60fps, low latency, and free for personal use. - Source: Reddit / 1 day ago
I think for most things they use a program called Parsec that lets them share control, it can be configured as if two people are using the same controller, so one shoots and one moves. There are similar features available on some consoles, like SharePlay on PS5. - Source: Reddit / 4 days ago
I know an app called Moonlight is pretty good and free to control your PC bottom of that link shows you how. Only works with Nvidia though I think AMD have something similar also there is another one I've tried such as Parsec though for me Moonlight feels the most fluid but you could try them all. I think they all have apps for Mac too if I'm not mistaken. - Source: Reddit / 4 days ago
With Parsec someone can join your machine and you can share your mouse and keyboard. It's like two people controlling the computer at once. There is nothing to sync since you are using the same computer. You could both join a remote machine or one shares the machine to the other person. - Source: Reddit / 6 days ago
