  I know an app called Moonlight is pretty good and free to control your PC bottom of that link shows you how. Only works with Nvidia though I think AMD have something similar also there is another one I've tried such as Parsec though for me Moonlight feels the most fluid but you could try them all.   With Parsec someone can join your machine and you can share your mouse and keyboard. It's like two people controlling the computer at once.
