  • i think the servers are down again
Spore.com isnt working and when I try to register my account it shows up with the screen of death. Source: 8 months ago
  • Why is Spore so expensive
All games are stupid expensive. Why reduce the price on a 15 year old game when you can sell it the same and it sells sometimes? It literally cost them 0 dollars, they're not gonna run out of stock, it's not gonna go bad like milk, they don't have to produce more copies nor do they spend a dime on maintenance or patches or whatever, they even forget to update the certificate on spore.com sometimes. For the adventures, this likely means you purchased Galactic Adventures from a place other than EA/Origin store and did not redeem your CD key. You must redeem a CD key for Galactic Adventures on EA.com before your adventures and captains will appear on spore.com. Source: about 1 year ago
  • I need immediate help!
I recently got spore transferred to my origin account yet I cannot register within the game. I can log in on spore.com, but I cannot log in within the game itself. What is going on? Source: over 1 year ago
  • How do we tell him?
I have the steam version as well, and have had no problems with it before. But I checked the EA twitter, and everyone buying the new fifa are complaining too, and it looks like its their account management system that is down. You can't even log into spore.com right now, which means its on their end thats down. Source: over 1 year ago

I played a PC game called "Osmos" (http://osmos-game.com/) like back in 2012 or so. It has all this electronic ambient music as the soundtrack. However, the soundtrack is not created for the game. Rather, the soundtrack is a selection of pre-existing tracks already produced by a few electronic music artists. The link above is one of my favorites. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Question for my 9 yo
You can physically demonstrate orbit with some fabric stretched over a frame, but I really think video games are going to be your best friend here. Osmos (Free demo, $5 full) is a great starting point that uses simplified gravity in two dimensions. Orbit (Free app, $5 on Steam) is another, similar game to introduce orbit. Once you've graduated to three dimensions, Universe Sandbox ($30, $20 on GOG) will really... Source: over 1 year ago
