Smooze VS Scroll Reverser

Mac unfortunately isn’t the best at supporting third party mice and their additional buttons, for your specific case, the only app that I know of that offers a similar option would be smooze. Source: 12 months ago

Normal mice support is deliberately broken in macOS (so that you consider buying their Magic Mouse), but can be easily fixed with a 3rd party app like Scroll Reverser. Source: 5 months ago

Mouse: I believe this requires 3rd party app, if there is MacOS option for that please enlighten me, I have a Logitech mouse and Logitech software has settings for that but there are other, non-brand specific tools e.g. scroll-reverser (available in brew or here), which BTW can also change behavior of the trackpad if you want those options modified in one place.
