Top 8 BEST NZXT CAM ALTERNATIVES
MSI Afterburner is a program similar to Nzxt CAM that monitors and enhances the performance of your computer. It has a lesser FPS impact than Fraps while yet offering the same capabilities. Along with the video capture, the beta versions feature audio streaming. The software is responsible for monitoring the performance of a component’s Graphics Processing Unit. You can use...

The NZXT CAM also shows the RPM of the CPU and GPU fan but in case your PC overheats a lot you can also set the custom fan speed of the PC. Although this tool was built mainly to control NZXT’s products still it’s a reliable fan controller software to download.

  • CaseLabs S8 Build - “Brutus” - Many months of passive ordering and building on the weekends.
I started conversing with the author of SIV on the Corsair forum many years ago. We still chat on occasion, usually when he adds a new feature he wants to test on various systems. When I got into Aquacomputer devices, I helped him add support for them. The code is way over my head but I can try the beta versions and report what works and what doesn't until he nails it. If you are interested, you can find SIV at... Source: 9 months ago

  • F*ck acrylic tubing
I got fed up with Corsair back in the Link days and have been using a program called SIV to control my Corsair PWM and RGB controllers for years. SIV (not Gigabyte's SIV) is a system monitoring program similar to HWINFO but more expansive. The author of SIV got fed up with Corsair's buggy software so he reverse-engineered their protocols and added support for many Corsair products to SIV. SIV is extremely... Source: 10 months ago
  • There will be no success here... rip my sanity
Icue doesn't "block" other applications. It just shoots out polling requests like a drunk soldier with a machine gun, with no regard for other polling requests. The annoying part of this is that the author of SIV was helping Corsair improve their code and showed them how to properly implement the polling mutex, which they did in the later versions of Corsair Link. When they rolled out Icue, they decided that the... Source: 12 months ago
  • HP Zbook Studio G5
I am not sure why it says `0x0000`, which implies that the ROM is not being read at all. This is the case regardless whether I pass in a ROM file or not. It might be worth noting that I had a lot of trouble extracting the ROM and managed to do this on a native Windows 11 install using System Information Viewer. Source: about 1 year ago

  • My brother's computer has a issue. It keeps freezing and I don't know how to fix it.
Have you checked the temperatures of the GPU and CPU? Use NZXT cam to check these ( NZXT CAM | PC Monitoring and Configuration Software ). Poor airflow could be causing the pc to crash. Let me know what kind of temperatures you are getting in and out of games and I would be more than happy to help from there. Source: 9 months ago
  • Pc help plz
Hello! Have you checked your cpu temperatures? If you don't know where to find this information you can download nzxt cam ( NZXT CAM | PC Monitoring and Configuration Software) it is fairly self explanatory. If your cpu gets too hot it will start thermal throttling, meaning that it will slow down to not cook itself alive. If your pc is water cooled, that likely kicked the bucket and you are going to need a new... Source: 9 months ago
  • #CPSUPPORT Updating BIOS for best performance and fan control playing AAA games
NZXT Cam is super nice for monitoring system temps and performance. Not nearly as a performance hog as it used to be. The interface is simple and large. You can customize it to display only the stuff you want it to. The only NZXT hardware I have is my case. It has no issues monitoring the normal system items. Source: 11 months ago
  • NZXT H7 RGB Flow case3
You can change the color of the lights with the NZXT CAM app: https://nzxt.com/software/cam. Source: 11 months ago
  • running this game on like 30 fps
Get NZXT CAM, click gear icon in bottom left > mini mode > launch mini mode with cpu/gpu temperature and load, plus ram load. Go ingame, see if a part is overloaded and/or overheated. Source: 12 months ago
