White House Nannies is the major nanny agency here, but I feel like most nannies who sign up for it are looking for full time work.   We tried care.com, urbansitter.com, a nanny agency, the doula network, a local facebook group, and word of mouth. We interviewed a bunch. The number one issue was that we were not willing to pay them under the table but needed part time help.
