I'm looking for a babysitter/nanny during the weekday and am having trouble finding someone. Is there anywhere that people would recommend looking for one besides care.com or sittercity.com? If anyone has used care.com or sittercity.com, how were your experiences? Source: about 1 year ago
Most resorts with drop-off/group childcare have an age minimum of 3+. Some might have recommended babysitters. You could also use a service like care.com or sittercity.com to find a local sitter to watch LO in your hotel room. Source: about 1 year ago
There are tons of childcare websites and most of them require background checks. I always used care.com sittercity.com urbansitter.com Just make sure you call references and do a trial run with them! Also a perk if they are CPR certified but there are tons of resources out there. Source: over 1 year ago
As a part-time nanny who works in DC, I've found most of my jobs on Care.com and sittercity.com. White House Nannies is the major nanny agency here, but I feel like most nannies who sign up for it are looking for full time work. I'd just make sure to include you want to use a payroll in your job listing so applicants know what to expect. Source: over 1 year ago
Set up an account on taskrabbit.com or similar and refer them to continue from there. If the market is dead, I'd certainly take it. Source: 10 months ago
Maybe taskrabbit.com, I'm sure there are competitors now too. Source: 11 months ago

Possibly checkout taskrabbit.com or fiverr. Com - you can sell your services through them. Source: about 1 year ago
Heya! I do a lot of this, doing BRRRRs in 2 markets out of state, and not visiting them (by design). 1. GC - first layer of management 2. Agent - to check in on property 1-2 times every 2 weeks, no management responsibilities 3. 3rd party - I hire someone local who ISNT being paid by the transaction (GC/Agent) to go in the property and take 140 pictures and upload them to me or our remote team directly.
