I've enjoyed using Ahrefs to inform content creation due to their keyword explorer being so useful for finding low difficulty keywords. I do prefer the legacy version of their site explorer in comparison to the new format so I hope that they do not retire certain elements of the platform.

We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on Reddit, HackerNews and some other platforms. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
It’s logical that at this moment the question of alternatives arises and such players as Semrush, SE Ranking, MOZ, Screaming Frog take front position since everyone wants to understand which tool is the best alternative to Ahrefs. To find that out maybe look at ahrefs.com or explodingideas.co to find out which users are currently having pain around... - Source: Reddit / 9 days ago
Figure out direct and indirect competitors: Tools like Surfer/Ahrefs/Moz etc are integral in this case. - Source: Reddit / 9 days ago

I backed it up by sharing some tools that I use... - Source: Reddit / 18 days ago
