I'm curious what you mean by that. I think Apple refurbs are fantastic and I buy them when I can (for work, personal, etc.). I think other brand's/third-party refurbs give that category a bad name, but I would definitely recommend Apple's to anyone. However, they have spotty availability so it's not like you can just order one any time you want (hello refurb.me notifications). Source: almost 2 years ago

Anywhere from $150 to several hundred less, as you climb the price tiers.
