  • Richmond Marathon Report: Nine Weeks Between Training Block and Goal Race
I wasn't sure where to set expectations given my interrupted training, but I decided to aim for 3:03:00, as that's where my Garmin and Runalyze predicted my finish. I planned to set out at a 6:55/mi pace and adjust based on feel. Source: 5 months ago
  • Baystate Marathon Race Report: A "BQ" and a 40 minute PR
Pre-race, Garmin estimated a 3:00:xx, and Runalyze, another great website, thought I'd hit 3:01:xx. This was slightly discouraging, but I know they're just estimates so I didn't take it personally. Source: 6 months ago
  • Using Runalyze to track progress
Has anyone else tried Runalyze (https://runalyze.com) to track running progress and performance? Source: 8 months ago
  • How do you keep track of race results?
Https://runalyze.com/ is a great tool that can do this! Source: 10 months ago
  • A slightly embarassing question...
I'm currently 5'9" and 82kg and just ran a half marathon in 1:47 a few weeks back. I lost weight while training, but started off barely being able to break an 11 minute mile back in October. The 255 would work just fine for you. If you enjoy the data side of things, there are great sites that link up to Garmin (I use runalyze.com and intervals.icu) for more information. • Suunto Ambit3 - Sailing
In just few days there will be a next step in this digital transition saga, connection between Suuntolink and movescount.com will go down, site itself is kept alive until next year (people still have their activity history there) . This also means that most movescount.com functionality that hasn't been shut down yet (watch settings, sport mode configuration, loading routes) will be moved to somewhere else, to... • Suunto Ambit3 Peak HR setting the sport modes and gpx data
Movescount is available, at movescount.com. You should use Movescount to sync settings & sport modes & routes to the watch, but only by using SuuntoLink on your desktop Mac/PC. (Do not use MovesLink). Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Suunto App from desktop?
Is it possible to lookup my workouts on a desktop? As far as I can tell I can only do it through the suunto phone app now. movescount.com no longer shows activities since the migration to the suunto app. Source: about 3 years ago
