   Great editor, does everything you need

   I created a few nice looking websites with the free version of RocketCake - it it very easy to use and simply gets out of the way. It has all the options I need and you can create complicated stuff with mostly a few clicks.

   🏁 Competitors: Adobe Dreamweaver, Sandvox, WYSIWYG Web Builder, NetObjects Fusion

   👍 Pros:    Easy to use|Quick and easy|Fully responsive

   👎 Cons:    None so far

• How do you build something like this and how long would it take? I have experience with HTML, CSS, and JS. Should I learn a particular JS framework? Or would I be able to achieve this with Figma and Webflow? Would appreciate some links to useful resources as well.

  Figma is a design/prototyping tool. So probably yes, but it's not directly resolving your end result. Webflow is SaaS, specifically a visual builder for websites. The two are not really comparable in which to choose. A better comparison would be Figma or XD. And for Webflow, something like Pinegrow, or CofeeCup's Responsive Site Designer. • Dreamweaver Alternative

  I also don't have much experience with DW but something that I have seen do similar stuff is pinegrow which is quite cheaper. It has free trial so maybe you could see if it will fit your needs. Source: over 1 year ago
