If you get loose samples then you can move them directly into the library folders. I suggest creating an "incoming" sample folder. Audition samples with something like Resonic and delete the garbage, keep the gold. Storage isn't as big a deal as it used to be but you do not want to keep garbage around since it's clutter that slows everything down. Source: over 1 year ago

Hey. A good source for free sound effects and sounds in general is the site freesound.org. Jsyk you will need a looot of sounds for this animation. Slashes, wooshes and hit sounds are some of the sounds you will need. Try typing the sound you think you need and maybe you will find something interesting. Source: 5 months ago
There are several free orchestral sample libraries, but usually for some garbage player like Kontakt, and sax often doesn't get included, so if you need free and VST-less, then hunting on sites like freesound.org and similar might be your best bet. Source: 5 months ago
