Spotify changed their link format for a subset of users yesterday. If you're trying to submit a song link that looks like https://spotify.link/...., then you are one of those users. This new format is now supported on the web app at https://app.musicleague.com. To be clear I'm not on curse's side, but pretty sure that by using FastForward extension and ublock origin you skip the 5sec wait. Works on my machine at least. But yeah, the whole site is pretty much falling apart. Source: 5 months ago
