The trick is, how are you going to trigger? Touch sensitive surface? Rear-mounted camera (a la the Reactable)? Other camera? The article matches my experience with SwiftUI [1][2]. For example, AFAICT, it's not really possible to write a usable node-graph editor using SwiftUI due to layout and dependency analysis overhead.
