I also experienced all my radio.net favorites deleted last year. I opened up a ticket with VW and never got a call back. I did, however, learn that VW had changed Radio Internet providers through the community here on Reddit. I never received any notification of any kind from VW. I highly recommend Lidarr for organization/naming of your library. It's usually associated with piracy, but I just use it to maintain my self-ripped library and ensure that Plex has no issues discovering all my media. Source: 5 months ago
