  • File conversion tool
I've always used soundconverter for this purpose, but I don't think it has a command line option: https://soundconverter.org/. Source: over 1 year ago
  • How do you organize your music?
For that, I've tried using SoundConverter. While it does work, more or less, it is quite bugged - sometimes it just puts files in random places, it can't handle album icons, and when there are issues with tags (No tags, tags with spelling issues, tags with encoding issues, you name it) it does weird things. • FOSS tool to batch extract audio from videos?
I wonder if SoundConverter can do it https://soundconverter.org. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • mass converting flac to low file size mp3 without much loss in quality?
Https://soundconverter.org/ would do the job. Source: about 2 years ago
  • Any good software for lowering MP3 bitrate for multiple files and keeping metadata?
Doesn't get much easier than SoundConverter, though it might be Linux only. Source: over 2 years ago
