  • Activity tracking software
I'm using ProcrastiTracker since ages, who is free and open source. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Is their a program to see total hours an application has been open
I've used one called ProcrastiTracker - it auto-classifies your apps into different categories, but lets you retroactively reclassify. The visualization is nice, and the program is really small and lightweight. Lets you export your data in a variety of formats which is super useful if you want to analyze in a spreadsheet or other tool. Source: about 2 years ago

  • Ask HN: How do you track your work hours?
If you're on the iOS/macOS side, I like Timelogger - https://timeloggerapp.com/. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
  • [Multiple Stopwatches App] I was searching for a multiple stopwatches app, in order to log the time I spent on a project, but I couldn't find it. So, I made it myself in SwiftUI (my first project). It's really simple and light, and if you are searching for an app like this, check it out!
I won't crap on anyone building their own solution, especially their first app, but I'd recommend Timelogger Plus for tracking any of your time spent working on various projects. The dev is a redditor as well and I remember helping them beta test this app years ago when it was in its infancy... Now the app is on every platform and insanely feature-rich.
