There're shelters, but all of them are funded by animal lovers, not the government. And almost all of them are running in full capacity, but I could help you get in touch with the founder of Spare Leash, they often host adoption events and help pups find foster or forever homes. I pay monthly for edit.org and earn the subscription fee back tenfold. I have absolutely zero design experience, nor do I use all its fancy features. I imagine you could come up with some even better stuff if you were a pro, but even a noob like myself can make it work. My sales have gone upwards exactly when I re-released with new covers. I've been on the hunt for the "Thornless Cut" of Halloween 5. After some digging I found a copy (H5TL.rar) but it's only the video and has no audio track at all!
