PhraseExpress MailmeteorPhraseExpress has streamlined my workflow and productivity for more than a decade. Setting it up is a breeze, and it integrates seamlessly with all my applications. The autocomplete function is saving me countless keystrokes. Kudos to the developers for the intuitive design and robust performance. Strongly recommended. There also is an ios version but I am on Android. A linux version would make it perfect.
Very handy mail merge solution. I send emails right from my google spreadsheet and it takes a few minutes to go out!

The only thing is that I need to send some emails with an attached PDF (2MB), but using Mailmeteor you have to pay to be able to use the attach file function. Does anyone know an alternative to send attached files via a no-cost alternative? Source: 10 months ago

Once you have the spreadsheet of emails, there are two routes you can go about to send personalized emails. The easier way, and the way I recommend, is to use software that does this for you, like MailMeteor. While you have to pay a little bit for the premium account, I highly recommend it as it allows you send up to 2000 emails a day, personalized based on the columns in your spreadsheet that you connect to it...
